From start to finish, this is the most solid LP I’ve heard in a very long time. Buy this. You will not be disappointed.

There’s only 6/11 tracks that I’d go back to. There’s a decent amount of mediocre tracks on here (the waves, divide, another place, these nights) and nocturnal creatures is pretty bad imo. Most of the single releases are good though. Dan’s vocals are good. I also really appreciate the concept of this overall, it’s refreshing to get something different amongst current mainstream pop.

Great album from start to finish. My only complaint is how quick the album flies by due to this album only being 11 tracks. Get back in the studios! I’m ready for some more.

Bastille never disappoints with their music!
  • Generic boring mainstream music...

for generic boring mainstream people. Every song is constructed to sell. There is no passion soul or uniqueness. Just well-crafted bland pablum for pre-teens and dopes.
  • They did it again

Another slam dunk- from beginning to end. Bastille is original, pure talent and I am obsessed. 4am snuck up on me and is quickly becoming a favorite. A million pieces is oh so amazing, and equally enjoyable after having heard it tied into the ‘Other People’s Heartache’ album.
  • So underrated

Listening to Bastille has always been a gift—between the lyrics and the sounds of their music, they somehow manage to be both timely/relevant and thought-provoking while at the same time allowing you to lose yourself in each song. But with this concept album, all of Bastille’s strengths were tied together in a way that was even better than what I’d been (eagerly) anticipating. It’s exactly like they explained it—the songs really take you through that experience, both intimate and aloof, of a wild night out in times like these and all of our emotional ups and downs. Great work, Bastille. Always excited to see what you’ll do next.
  • A Masterpiece. An album that will transcend time.

This album is simply incredible. Every song is so good and fresh. Bastille have done it again, and this one will be remembered for a very long time.
